  I has worked as Country Manager of Dezan Shira & Associates from its first date of operation in Vietnam and helped the firm to grow remarkably and expand from one small office in Hanoi in 2008 to two larger offices in both Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City. I am in charge of operations throughout the country, manage in-house lawyers, tax and accounting experts and consult directly on investment, legal and tax issues for international companies wishing to establish operations in Vietnam.
