I worked with Hoa Tran for approximately 7 years at AMD and Spansion while I managed the Lithography Module at the Sub micron Development Center. Hoa was an equipment trechnician in the Litho group. While being an excellent equipment technician Hoa also showed an aptitude for detecting process issues and working with process engineers to define solutions to the complex issues that sometimes arise on semiconductor equipment, particularly in the Litho area. He has the ability to think through problems methodically and drive to successful siolutions. I always found Hoa to be dependable and trustworthy, a very dedicated employee who always gave his best.
