We provide and support mostly for financial institutions in Vietnam.Responsibilities:- Contribute ideas to the design of the customer experience journey to ensure that digital banking services are appropriate while adhering to State Bank laws and regulations, bank policies on products, and risk management.- Analyse the business goals, objectives, and operations of the bank.- Work with clients to understand their goals, then execute strategies to achieve these goals.- Assist to design and plan the business processes and make recommendations.- Work with a team to test the system and provide documentations and user manuals.
