In this role, I’ve operationalized the existing RightMed family of products, established scalable processes, and scaffolded innovation by introducing frameworks. I own the strategy for and delivery of clinical products, including innovation, improvements, and maintenance. I manage a team of 3 FTEs and lead cross-functional project teams consisting of 12–20 employees and contractors. SELECT RESULTS: ► Reduced product cost 7% without affecting the sample’s quality by identifying more cost-effective shipping and packaging. ► Launched two products in one year by collaborating with SMEs to determine the drugs to include on specialty add-on reports for mental health and oncology. ► Orchestrated on-time software releases by stepping into a leadership vacuum left by the departure of the Director of Engineering. I optimized team performance by switching from Kanban to SCRUM cycles to power a new software release every 2 weeks. ► Increased new user visits to OneOme’s webpage from a local market by 31.91% and decreased the bounce rate by 16.55% by developing and implementing a local brand awareness campaign. ► Performed pilot marketing, competitive analysis, and point of pricing for products. I collaborated with the Finance and Marketing teams to benchmark pricing, identify gaps in the market, and price different product components.
