  Inventory Management Responsible to keep inventory in a neat and organized order. Utilizing the FIFO method. Maintaining proper records such as job numbers, lot numbers, PO numbers is critical. Work closely with the office manager to communicate when min/max levels are met and when re-orders of inventory are needed. Warehouse Personnel Responsible to supervise and manage all warehouse employees maintain proper staff and hire as necessary, monitor and minimize overtime. Tractor Trailer Management Responsible for preventative maintenance of the vehicles to minimize repair costs and down time. Keep proper driving records and compliance related matters. Facility Management Responsible to ensure a clean, safe, and operational facility, both in the office and warehouse. General facility maintenance. Shipping/Receiving Shipping: Responsible to make sure customers get what they want, when they want it. Inspection of outgoing material. Receiving: Responsible for the inspection rejection of any damaged or improper deliveries. Coordinate with the office manager and/or vendor to know what and when material is being delivered to be prepared for it. Assembly Responsible for managing assembly workers, the quality of the assembled product, making sure work spaces are kept clean and in order, and that the expected number of boxes are yielded. Proper record tracking is needed to monitor costs associated with assembly.
