Howard Lichtman was the On-Site IT Support Lead at the McLearen BAE Office. I had the pleasure of working with Mr. Lichtman on various occasions. Howard was very dependable in all aspects of desktop support, local support, application support and engineering support. He was well versed with the technology he was supporting and, I’ve seen him resolve problems in a timely manner while keeping the customer updated on the progress of their ticket. He is always willing to learn something new in order to support his customers. I would recommend Howard for any future opportunities. Jay Fineberg Technical Support Analyst BAE Systems - Herndon, VA
