My role changes have been due to progression within the business and have been in my current role with Cellar Trends since June 2011. Regional Manager with 6 Brand Experience Managers reporting into me. The Brand Experience Team develops and manages creative consumer activation in the on-trade, to build brand awareness, generate recall and create valuable consumer word of mouth recommendations. My role ecompasses ensuring my team are placing the product in the correct venue and with the correct consumer type, ensuring the signature serve is being implemented, the product is kept visible at all times and staff are fully trained on the brands heritage. Once completed, the Managers use our Band Experience Team to carry out promotional activity in the venue, to drive volume and brand awareness. In addititon I am responsible for each individuals training and coaching, KPI reviews, ensuring they are working within their budgets, delivering new listings and driving volume in their current account base whilst achieving 32 quality calls per week.Brands we have worked on include, Jagermeister, Patron XO Cafe, Luxardo Sambuca, Grand Marnier and Midori.Previous to this I was Sales Manager from Dec '09 to June '11 for the business developing the East Midlands and East Anglia region. Prior to this I was the Brand Experience Manager for Leicester, Nottingham and Derby from Feb '08 up until Dec '09. Show less
