Mainly responsible for managing stock, however responsibilities were quickly increased to include supervisory till access, morning till balance (cashing-up) etc. Being on the shop floor I was typically the first point of contact for customers therefore have gained good product knowledge, communication and listening skills to help customers find the exact products and offer them a high standard of customer service. I would adapt my approach depending on the customer and also their requirements however each time still maintain a high level of professionalism.
