Mr Hisham Fahmy is currently a student of the Master of Science in International HR Management & Organizational Development (MSc IHRM & OD) of Grenoble Ecole de Management (AACSB, EQUIS and AMBA accredited). I have known Hisham for more than a year now in my capacity as Program Director of the MSc IHRM & OD program. Hisham is a relatively bright student with several intellectual and interpersonal skills. His academic performance in the MSc IHRM & OD program has been very good. He has excelled in several modules. Hisham is particularly motivated by modules related to people development, relationship and intercultural management. He has fairly polished oral and written communication skills and is fluent in English. He is also learning French. His openness to diverse and varied experiences demonstrates his willingness to explore and effectively integrate in culturally diverse working environments. Hisham is also the MSc IHRM & OD class representative: he actively contributed to this role. I believe that his previous working experience and the MSc IHRM & OD program have given Hisham sufficient practical and theoretical understanding of HR related functions.
