      Lead UX/UI Designer at Saffer *Managed the UX/UI design process from research and ideation to prototyping and testing. * Worked cross-functionally with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that the product met the needs of users and the business. * Designed and implemented user interfaces for a variety of web and mobile applications. * Worked with product managers to gather user requirements and translate them into design specifications. * Conducted user research and usability testing to ensure that the designs were user-friendly and effective. I was responsible for redesigning of a Petra Ride app. The goal of the redesign was to improve the user experience for both riders and drivers. We started by conducting user research to understand the needs of our users. We interviewed riders and drivers to get their feedback on the current app. We also looked at other ride sharing apps to see what features they offered. Once we had a good understanding of our users' needs, we began the design process. We created wireframes and prototypes to test out different design ideas. We also conducted usability testing with users to get their feedback on the designs. After several rounds of design and testing, we were able to create a new app that met the needs of our users. The new app was launched with rave reviews from users. It resulted in a significant increase in ridership and driver satisfaction. Here are some of the specific changes we made to the app: 1. We made the app easier to use. We simplified the navigation and added more clear and concise instructions. 2. We made the app more visually appealing. We used brighter colors and more modern design elements. 3. We added new features that riders and drivers requested. For example, we added a feature that allows riders to share their ETA with their friends and family. 4. We improved the performance of the app. The new app is faster and more responsive. Show less
