  I was assigned the job for Head of IT infrastructure. Achieved improvements of IT Infrastructure service level besides the improvement on cost structure by changing Operation Model. Enabled to provide more stabilized and better Quality services by operating with ITIL base which visualized operations of IT Infrastructure. Highly reduced the number of incidents, and improved Customer-Centricity. Enabled to escalate introductions of New Technology due to stabilizing operation services of IT Infrastructure. Installed video equipment for Video conference system at large. Performed physical separation from AIG. Led this project as a project manager in functions of Active Directory, Voice, Network, Data Center, and Message. In the functions below, everything was completed as scheduled and without issues. Active Directory and Message: Migrated approx. 10,000 users within a few months. Network: Migrated NW of 80 offices and Data Center. Data Center: Built Osaka Data Center, and migrated 500 servers. Voice: Migrated AVAYA which was used by 3,000 users in the Call Center. In the beginning of the migration, there were incidents due to issues of new equipment configuration problem.
