Men's and Women's Coach and Goaltending Coach

Coach and train the National Teams for World Championships. Led the Women's National Team to win the Challenge Cup of Asia 2014, second place in the World Championship D2B Qualification 2015, also helped the goalie Jenny Lee to capture the best goaltending award in that tournament. Helped the Men's National Team to finished in 4th place, and also developed the goalie King Ho to win the best goaltender award in at the World Championship D3 in Luxembourg 2014. Ran the Hong kong Ice Hockey Association's Goaltending Program for natiaonal team goalies and youth goalies in Hong Kong. Show less

Senior Coach and Program Manager

I was in charge of, Hong Kong Youth Ice Hockey Campaign 2013-14 and 14-15. This campaign has been recruited and intaken over 150 kids without hockey experience each year and developed them into playing house league hockey games within one year. The campaign is co-organized by Hong Kong Federation of Youth Group and other governmental organizations. It's an epic challenge for the new and small hockey country like Hong Kong. My main role was to design and oversee the entire program including planning the whole structure of the program, tryouts, organizing the teams, running briefing sessions with all the teams and parents, communicating with social workers who are helping out each team, helping junior coaches to run the practice, planning the distribution of rental hockey gears, etc. Show less
