Due to my involvement with the day to day operation as well as project management, proficiency with property management software and CRM is a must, and would at times require me to train any new hires to ensure a smooth and proper transition to our company and property. Excellent communication and high adaptability is a must in this position, and being able to remain solution-focused and manage high-stress is key to being able to maintain success in this role. While finances and project management is the primary responsibility of the ACM, it is also expected of me to be able to lease units and close on sales as well.
