There is not enough I could say that could truly convey the wealth of knowledge, support, and joy it was wot work with Takito at Cloudreach - but I'll give it a try. Takito manages to delicately balance being the life and joy of the team while being an incredibly focused and tactical engineer! I is a true community champion, ensuring that everything he has learned from other projects is shared with the team, and where ever possible, is delivered in a fun and engaging way. Whether having a laugh at social events, hosting demos, or participating in team discussions Takito always endeavours to make sure that the whole team feels included and is awarded credit for their contributions. Takito was the first to help the department with a collaborative project to help scale our operations team. I was delighted for him to help lead these improvements which did with technical authority by making informed decisions and prioritising collaboration above all else. At the same time, he was selected as one of the first of us to participate in training from AWS around their Well Architected Frameworks which we flew him over to Scotland for. Takito is truly an amazing person to work with and a deeply valued member of the team!
