PM registry included work instructions as well as detailed specs for wear of steels and associated coatings. Using this information I developed Metrics for the facility Quality Management System, including cost, FTT (first time through) documented failures and Corrective Actions, OEE (Overall equipment effectiveness) with direct influence on the P&L (profit and loss).
