I worked with Hinita on the Santoor extensions portfolio for over a year. I saw her use her research background to make keen consumer observations (both stated also latent) which she has been able to translate to actionable insights that were developed as communication ideas. She has never hesitated to ask 'why' which is probably one of the most important question to ask when it comes to seeking insights. I have no doubt she will do exceptionally well in any brand marketing role that requires her to understand consumer behaviour.
