      Our team planned a vegan food-tasting event inside HKUST for 2 days. It was exciting for having over 1,000 visitors to our booth. Our food list, provided by TT Veggie, included Chinese plant-based food like vegan BBQ pork, Spring rolls, Coconut sago cake and Winter melon drink, etc. The cooperation with HKUST sustainability and the vegan restaurant is an unique experience. My sustainability skills have improved sharply thanks to the training provided by JCSCCP with 自然脈絡, TreeholeHK, and professional talkers. Show less
