Himesh quickly grasped all areas of his role, requiring little training. This was extremely beneficial considering he joined in a very busy period and was given quite a heavy workload from the off-set, which required a lot of reporting. He quickly developed great relationships with our clients, Finance, Sales, Print and senior management. He has a great ability in adapting to changes and new situations, including using bespoke systems and developing a sound knowledge of the market. Evidently this was recognised as he was promoted to Credit Controller, of which the transition was seamless. Himesh works well autonomously - with an understanding of the finance function and the market, he quickly establishes areas for improvement and takes the steps where necessary. It is a pleasure working with Himesh as he is not only a dedicated and proficient team player, but also a very well-presented and sociable person, which makes for a positive working environment.
