Himanshu made me realize my full potential as a leader, to understand and adopt my aura, poise and purpose. His coaching combines advice on simple transformational affirmations with practical day-to-day behaviours. Some of his priceless gems, like "the audience is more important than you", "practice less is more", and "scale builds skill" have been etched into my persona. Himanshu was extremely patient in supporting me through the change process with very practical advice on practicing new behaviours, and insightful feedback on my progress.
