Brant Frazee
I worked with Hillory for over 10 years. She was the engine driving DWG's art team for the entire time I was at DWG. She is technically proficient and would be great in an individual contributor role, but really shines as the leader of the art team. She was extremely helpful to me when starting my career, helping to integrate me into the team quickly. Hillory does a great job of setting the table for the art team, providing great creative and technical direction. She has done an excellent job of leading the art team through the transition from a land-based third party studio, to a focus on social casinos, and finally to Real Money Gaming online. Hillory has led DWG in the creation of nearly 1000 games and over 20 social casinos. Her expertise on game design is unmatched. She did a great job of working with the data team to implement data driven changes to art team workflows. She is great as a manager and as a colleague to the other departments. As the Creative Director I manage a team of 8 incredible creative geniuses that create all of our game art, animations and marketing art. This small team has been able to create and promote over 150 games a year, which even larger teams find hard to accomplish. I am a natural relationship management leader, getting to know each person I work with on a personal level so that I can help cultivate and nurture productive and mutually respectful working relationships. I help to produce and project manage all games we create and have my hands and heart in every step of the production process. Over the years I've created the templates used to streamline our game creation processes as well as create game documents that start every game production off with all the information needed to create each game efficiently and effectively. I review everything created in our department, providing feedback and support to help ensure everything created is as awesome as it possibly can be. Outside of the art department I also work closely with our Game Design, Mathematics, Producer, Engineering, Commercial and QA teams to help support everything we create.

Leading a project from concept to completion, I work closely with all aspects of a game's creation to ensure the initial vision is brought to fruition, carried through with utmost attention to detail, and delivered with stellar results. I am proud to have the opportunity to work with an amazing and talented team to create the highest quality games possible. On the flip side I am also fortunate enough to produce games for an incredible list of game companies from around the world, making friends and sharing in our love for creating top notch products. I am in essence a recipe; a few tablespoons of game designer, cups of creative and art director, a dash of quality assurance, teaspoons of project manager, and a pound of customer service; the end result being a game producer that is passionate about every project, meets every goal established, meets and exceeds expectations, never misses a deadline, and delivers only the highest quality products possible. I aim to inspire. I love what I get to do and all the people I get to work with on a daily basis!
