I was always impressed with her passion and drive, and her willingness to tackle complex issues and learn new concepts. From the first time I met her I could tell she was very analytical and data driven. She was able to use patient and service analytics from the First Choice Dental clinics to see trends (positive and negative) and was able to act on those trends for the benefit of the company. She was instrumental in the implementation of standard practices and procedures to elevate the financial and customer service performance of the entire company. She was rarely satisfied with the status quo and would challenge her vendors (in a good way) to look at First Choice Dental from a different perspective and to come up with new ideas and approaches to help them reach their lofty goals and objectives.
