Hilary is what you call a Rennaisance Woman. Her skill set is seemingly endless but she's a major hitter in the strategy department. I am so thankful for my time with her as I learned what it means to be a leader and lead the most successful team in the department. I was able to be a part of her team as she managed a national brand and be inspired by her excitement at planning what would end up being number crushing campaigns. No matter what the business would throw at her, she could fluidly keep campaigns alive while modifying them to the business' needs. With all the work on her plate she still always had the grace of patience to teach those around her. She's remains a mentor to me and I know she has been the launching pad to my career.
