Hilary is rare. Simply put. I met Hilary through a mutual friend and found out we had a lot in common. The connection was seamless and that is one of Hilary’s most valuable traits. She is relatable and laid back which makes one feel instantly at ease. She is attentive, patient and accommodating and possesses fantastic listening skills; genuinely vested in the conversation and knows how to ask focused questions. Her passion is eminent. A professional through and through.

Hilary is a pleasure to work with -- she is intelligent, insightful, knowledgeable, open, creative and collaborative. She brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to her clients, as well as skills in communication and conflict resolution, and a deep dedication to service and an amazing ability to not get lost in the small stuff, but always return to the context and underlying values that are needed to transform an issue into organizational learning.

I have spent the past year working with Hilary in the training department at Zodiac Aerospace. During this time I have come to greatly admire her strategic vision, instructional abilities, and ability to overcome adversity. Hilary inherited a training program that was in need of a seasoned-professional and she was up to the task. She helped forge a grant between Zodiac and the local community college in order to assess and enhance the ability of the operations work force. From a personal standpoint, she spent a lot of time showing me civilian training systems and leveraging my skills to make me feel valued to the department and increase the training capability of this organization. Any training department would be lucky to have her skills, leadership, and great attitude.
