I have had Master Training with several of these and other brands.In addition to my sales responsibilities, I route and follow all client service issues as liaison between our clients and the manufacturer's service centers. In many instances I am able to negotiate lower service fees for our clients.I understand that in today's competitive sales environment, it is the luxury experience and customer service that creates long term clients rather than simply one time customers.
