Hilary is a project manager at Aurecon's Cape Town office with five years of experience in programme and project management, particularly from his role as project manager on the Western Cape Education Department's (WCED's) Programme Implementation Unit (PIU) for the delivery of school infrastructure since 2010. He has wide ranging experience on a variety of projects for both government and private clients locally, nationally and internationally including countries such as Cameroon and Rwanda. He has, for the past two years, offered lectures to undergraduate students in Project Management and Research Methodology at the Cape Peninsula University of Technology (CPUT) on a part time basis and also assists students in their postgraduate years in working through their dissertations and thesis. Hilary is a graduate from the Faculty of Business of CPUT, with a bachelor's degree for project management in 2007 and also holds a bachelor's degree in law from the University of Yaoundé II Soa in Cameroon which he obtained in 2001.
