      As field office coordinator, my primary role is to act as a liason between the field staff and the operations staff. I act as the on site accountant for the 1.4 million dollar Kaiser Redwood city Hospital- IT Cabling contract as well as the smaller Central Utility Plant-IT Cabling contract. I collect and verify all billing documents submitted by subcontractors and I incorporate them all into one billing which is then presented to the owner. I am also responsible for monitoring and issuing their progress payments, assuring that all insurance documents and lien waivers are received before releasing any checks. I received, processed and coded any invoices that arrived, prepared vouchers, journal entries, project status reports, projected estimates to completion, projected monthly cash flow per project, processed vouchers and prepared month end close reports. I also act as the administrator for the Freight Train construction management software. I work closely with the inspectors and superintendents to assure that subcontractors are setting up necceary inspections and that each superintendent pre-walks the area before it is inspected to assure quality control.
