Peter Cox is a brilliant mentor.       In 2014 it was my first year back in the NRL with South Sydney. I stimulated and agitated the leadership process from an independent perspective and helped the Coaching Staff and Players to create a clear Vision that drove everything they did on a daily basis.I spent significant time working with the Head Coach Michael Maguire and the entire NRL squad one on one. The support staff were also part of this process. My Leadership strategies grew the players as leaders so they could deal with times of adversity both on and off the football field.It was a privilege to work closely with Michael Maguire, his support staff and the NRL Squad in a Leadership role and contribute to South Sydney Rabbitohs winning their first NRL Premiership after 43 years.The Leadership Dynamics Program is being currently utilised to move the club forward in its pursuit of another NRL Premiership during its rebuilding phase, which is a difficult process that requires effective Leadership programmes.
