Responsible for delivery of web solutions such a Commercial write-up application which has been considered as one of the most complicated business processes allowed underwriters to write up loan more effectively than using MS Word. This has saved the company money from purchasing commercial software and technical support since 2006. In addition to developing the External Transfers application for members to schedule or transmit funds between Stanford credit union deposit accounts to other financial institutions. This service has added value to members’ experience with the credit union. Deliver Relationship Banking program that allows credit union staff to reward members who use the credit union for multiple services and to motivate others to purchase additional products. This program has provided the greatest financial benefit to the credit union and maintained a good relationship with members. Develop mobile banking app for iPhone, Android and tablet devices. In addition I create Snapplication app to give credit union staff innovative ways to open new membership and deposit accounts in a matter of minutes. In addition to creating mobile app I have worked with third party vendors to develop the credit union Mobile Deposit Capture interface. Produce reports using applicable tools for the automation of regularly needed report. Participate in regular code review by presenting current and past projects for the improvement of the team and the purpose of knowledge dissemination. Collaborate with vendors, team members and credit union staff to improve tools and processes throughout the credit union. Work with Enterprise applications team to push application from development to staging and to production deployment. Assist staff with reporting on core data assets by providing core system expertise as needed.
