  ALC is not for profit organisation which aimed at bringing positive change in society through character education of the new generation by offering a variety of Co-curricular activities for children and youth. We provide students with an opportunity to learn something that is different from their institution, whether it is art competition, games or any other indoor or out-door activity it provides them with a chance to indulge their mental and physical skills and abilities.   Assigned to Billing department of SSGC. • Learned complete way of calculating and charging customers with Unauthorized use of gas called PUG and then accompanied DCM in completion of 250+ PUG cases which according to DCM was a record because calculation of PUG is technical and needs keen understanding of customers' billing history. • Experienced customer dealing which is an important part of SSGC because queries and customers are supposed to be handled skillfully. I noted that one must communicate clearly, should have self-control, patience and sense of responsibility in order to be a good customer dealer representative at SSGC. • Got familiarized with customer registration process which starts from writing an application for supply of gas to meter installation and bill calculation from data given on monthly bill.
