I recently completed several sessions in Empathic Leadership and Negotiation with Hiam Sakakini from the Culture Equation. Hiam was an outstanding facilitator. The course was run completely online, however Hiam's warm personality and inclusive nature made me feel as though we were all in the same room together. The insights I got into my own personality have been completely invaluable, and I leave the course armed with many wonderful tools to draw upon for workplace negotiations. Tools that I know will be more broadly applicable in my interactions with others in day to day life. Thank you Hiam!

Hiam led our group at Kickstarter’21, running a brilliant course over 3 days in leadership and empathetic negotiation. I now have a great set of tools to move forward. She’s personable and has a wealth of knowledge, I thoroughly enjoyed it. Thank you, Hiam!

Having worked with Hiam and the team for 3 years I can say I truly value her expertise and opinion. She’s helped us run large groups sessions across multiple geographies, working with diverse teams, resulting in significant positive team engagement improvements. As-well as supporting our large and diverse team she’s also supported me on a 1-1 level, helping & challenging me to see different viewpoints/ strategies to problems faced when running a very large & diverse team. I look forward to further improvements we can make with Hiam’s guidance & support
