At Perfectly Autistic we work with organisations in creating a healthier, happier and more productive neurodiverse-friendly workplace for all. We run workshops, webinars, training and awareness programmes working with organisations, to raise awareness and acceptance about neurodiversity in the workplace. We launched Perfectly Autistic after my husband (and business partner) Kelly and both of our children were diagnosed autistic in 2019. Since then I have been diagnosed with ADHD at the age of 43 and both children and Kelly have been diagnosed too. We are a truly neurodiverse family. I've also launched Perfectly ADHD where I coach neurodivergent clients. We are also partners with #MentalHealthAtWork curated by Mind, to promote awareness and understanding of neurodiversity in the workplace and have a kind and supportive free Facebook group with over 1.8K members.
