The Operations team is in charge of coordination of Wasleen, organizing all the events of Wasleen, be it a meeting, a workshop, a session, or a recruitment day. If there is a recruitment day we call all those that will be interviewed, set up a date and time according to the recruitment team’s availability, and are present on the day to make sure it all goes smoothly and both interviewer and interviewee are present and are not missing anything they might need. If it’s a workshop, we contact those that will be present to inform them of their workshop date. Every team member must report back their progress to the Operations head after any event. Operations team is basically coordination and handles the entire logistics of any Wasleen activity.
