  Currently gathering a range of clinical laboratory experience in a CAP - accredited Molecular Diagnostic Laboratory under Molecular pathology and Molecular Microbiology in a BSL2 set up engaging with Molecular diagnostics of many infectious, non infectious, Heamato - oncological disorders, organ transplantation tests and many more testings. Ability to extract and purification of DNA or RNA from any clinical specimen, amplification or making copies of the nucleic acid interest, detection of the amplified target by setting up PCR-based molecular assays such as RT-PCR, Multiplex PCR, and Real-time PCR based SYBER green / probe method for detection and / or quantification of suspected patient’s samples. Preparation and analysis of PCR results by Agarose gel electrophoresis. Conducts experiments to optimize and validation of molecular-based diagnostic assays. Maintaining quality control assays for diagnosis and laboratory quality management.
