I had the chance to meet Hervé some years ago while he was based in the Geneva region, but it is only 3 years ago that i had the opportunity to work with him on a design thinking project. This has been a very fruitful relationship both in terms of outputs for our project at Edwards Lifesciences and in terms of learnings for the team engaged into that project and workshop with Hervé. I particularly appreciated Hervé's ability to balance the rigor and required seriousness of the methodology - if you wish to obtain a result - with a dose of humor making the overall exercise enjoyable for the participants. All in all that session with Herve Collignon was for me and others engaged into that project, a fabulous opportunity to understand the richness of "Design thinking" methodology. I would enjoy to do it again with him

Herve was a true expert in his field, but what set him apart from all of the other great designers I was lucky to work with was his passion to challenge the rest of the team to always think and stretch as far as we could possibly go. He has a rare ability to show even the most senior management what could be possible and to get them to consider what would usually have been unthinkable. He did this by creating true immersion days, and creating stories around our brands that changed the way everyone else thought. A huge pleasure to work with and be inspired by Herve, he left me with some memories and learnings I genuinely will take through all my life
