  Description of job responsibilities : Provide technical specification of document tender for Electrical Installation (Power Generation, Building Installation, Factory Installation, Low & Medium Voltage network, Grounding, Lightening, etc). Provide technical specification of document tender for Mechanical Installation ( Steam Turbin Installation, Boiler Installation and others Machineries Equipment for Palm Oil & Rubber Factory). Provide technical specification of document tender for Water Supply,Water Treatment Plant, and Reservoir. Conduct pre bid confrence with Contractors Verification and negotiation of tender price with Contractors Handling budget project preparation and capital improvement project. To make sure that budget project not exceed from estimate budget. Supervising some project at site, Electrical Project, Mechanical Project, Civil Project, Infrastructure, etc), for Factory Construction and Estate Development. Supervising and managing progress of project concern man power, material delivery an others for achieving target completion, controlling project at site and to make sure the quality of project material refer to contract spesification, standard and project management practice. Provide progress report of Project. Project Meeting with Contractors. Provide technical advice & recommendation to Factory and Estate due to site electrical system concern operational cost efficiency and service, maintenance, replacement and recondition of electrical equipment.
