I met and engaged in a meaningful dialogue with my cohort members and collaborated with my mentor who was a Public Health professional with the Government of Alberta. I worked on a initiative that is towards SDG 3 (Good Health and Well- Being) and SDG 5 (Gender Equality).I focused on menstrual hygiene and period poverty awareness within schools ranging from highschool to university campuses.
