Hermine is one of the learning professionals I know that really understand learning, e-Learning, powerful experiences and cultural aspects of training and learning. She acts upon the believe that learning has to move you, has to change you and has to inspire you. What is special about Hermine is the willingness to keep innovating herself and her work (always seeking for a more challenging learning design), the knowledge of learning combined with deep knowledge of law, and a warm and open personality. It is hard not to get inspired by Hermine!

Curious Minds Unlimited provides consultancy and advice, workshops, training and executive coaching in the field of integer leadership, integrity issues, organisations in transformation and professional quality. ➢ Integer leadership I work as a consultant for organisations and leaders for which integrity is important. A healthy organisational culture and transparent working processes are a result of personal and professional integrity. I am a guide for board and management, advising on how to develop a clear set of ethical rules, to lead by example and have a pure ‘tone at the top’. If an organisation is confronted with integrity issues I provide a thorough investigation and analysis, which will show the heart of the problem. My advice will focus on solving the problem in an effective and sustainable manner, in tune with the context in your organisation. ➢ Organisations in transformation I work as a consultant for organisations in transformation. I am an original, multi-talented out of the box-thinker: independent, critical, constructive and creative, to make room for the new. I will guide the implementation of new professional conduct and working processes by coaching professionals to adopt and stay in the new track. ➢ Executive coaching For boardroom and executive management. I will be your sparring partner and mirror. Coaching is to explore with curious and unprejudiced eyes what is essential for you and recognize your potential.

We support (legal) professionals, human rights activists and all those who work in the field of defending fundamental and human rights by sharing knowledge and expertise. We are a think- and do tank. If you need advice on human rights issues or if you need someone to for advice in one of your cases, we are there for you. We also believe in setting up human rights structures and networks in order to contribute to a powerful human rights community on local or international level. Our human rights workshops and seminars provide high quality training focusing on the needs of professionals, working in legal practice. Tailor made, hands on training. Legal practitioners need information that solves the problems of language and time: training providing an overview and covering issues of application and integration in national practice. ECHRT provides that type of training. Training will always be developed in close cooperation with the organizers or participants. We ensure that the training will cover the appropriate level and will answer to your specific needs.

We are experts in developing ‘out of the box’ solutions: we develop new concepts, which provide an effective response to today’s reality and challenges. We have a long experience as (interim) managers, consultants and trainers for organisations and professionals, which wish to explore new opportunities for growth, quality and meaningful work.

Programme Manager for the European Programme for Human Rights Education for Legal Professionals (the HELP Programme) at the Council of Europe. The HELP Programme aimed to integrate the European Convention on Human Rights (ECHR) and the case law of the European Court of Human Rights into the curricula of the judicial training institutions. I set up a network of human rights coordinators, representing training institutions for judges and prosecutors from 45 European countries. The Network was the platform to discuss best practices and difficulties in human rights training and decided on ECHR training materials and tools to be developed. I conducted training on human rights and/or training methodology in a series of member states and developed E-learning courses on human rights topics. A HELP website was created (www.coe.int/help), comprising a database of training materials and an E-learning programme.
