Ik heb Hermann leren kennen doordat hij mijn leidinggevende bij Resato International BV was. Hij is intelligent, open, benaderbaar, een technicus in hart en nieren en een mensen-mens. Voor mij was hij een fijne leidinggevende die kon motiveren en stimuleren. Hij heeft, toen hij de mogelijkheid had en kreeg, een geweldig sales team neergezet waarbij alle mensen hun eigen, persoonlijke kracht en kwaliteiten konden inzetten voor het team. Het team heeft in die tijd ook grote successen behaald. Hij heeft veel kennis, die hij graag en op een uitnodigende manier wil delen en ik heb dan ook veel van hem geleerd. Hermann ziet en zoekt altijd naar oplossingen/mogelijkheden is creatief en optimistisch als hij ongeremd aan de slag gaan binnen de gestelde kaders. Hij houdt van het so-called "pionieren" De kwaliteiten en kennis van Hermann zijn een waardevolle bijdrage voor elke werkgever die hem in dienst neemt.

Ik heb Hermann leren kennen als sales director en even later werd hij mijn manager op de customer care afdeling. Het was altijd zeer prettig werken onder zijn leiding en ik voelde me gehoord, begrepen en kreeg de steun daar waar ik het nodig had. Zijn persoonlijke manier van leiding geven heb ik altijd als zeer prettig ervaren. Hij probeerd het beste in iedereen naar boven te halen. Burt Munro is als een voorbeeld voor hem. Gedreven, nooit opgeven en vertrouwen hebben in het eindresultaat. "If it's hard, work harder; if it's impossible, work harder still. Give it whatever it takes, but do it".
