I have had the pleasure of working with Hermance since her early days within Four Seasons, when she joined the pre-opening team of the much-awaited Grand Hotel Cap Ferrat. Being the key point of contact for Western European Markets, Hermance and our team had to work hand in hand in order to grow the hotel's visibility and secure a new clientele. Since Day 1, Hermance was a natural fit within Four Seasons with her positive energy and smile, her organization and her attention to details. As a Global Sales Office, we were all also extremely impressed by Hermance's attitude as she was a quick-learner and a real team-player. It was very easy for us to put in place joint strategies (Corporate/Hotel) on the market (which were not that smooth to implement with other colleagues or properties) as Hermance gets the BIG picture: she works for herself of course but also - and more importantly - for the common goal. Hermance is clearly in my (short) list of top Sales person I have worked with during my Four Seasons career. I hope I’ll have the pleasure of working with Hermance in the future!
