  Review plant maintenance requests with SAP, Maximo, and MS Project to formulate manpower, material, special tools, job specific safety precautions, and equipment requirements. Contribute to the investigation of equipment failures, determination of root cause of failures, and recommend appropriate solutions to reduce reoccurrence of/or eliminate cause of failure. Recommend and specify alterations and revisions to improve equipment requirement and/or system reliability. Ensure compliance with standards and safe work practices and encourage the team to implement and maintain a high level of safety. Provide training and development plans for the maintenance employees. Encourage them to contribute to improvements of equipment, tools, etc.
