In charge of the re branding process, from GHM/ Aman Resorts to The Luxury Collection by Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide Inc., and later operation of 4 Luxury Resorts in the Yucatan Peninsula: Hacienda Temozon, Hacienda San Jose, Hacienda Santa Rosa, Hacienda Uayamon and Hacienda Puerta Campeche. In case of this last hacienda I was in charge of the pre opening and opening fase as well as the operation afterwards. This project is the result of a unique marriage between a tourism project and the communities where the haciendas are located as a form towards integral development by incorporating the local Mayan community in the services that the hotels offer and have exceeded its initial objectives in terms of revenue, guest satisfaction as well as the area of development.
