Partner with the leadership team to ensure elevated, relevant, dynamic training content and strong effective implementation in every office and region. Partner with leadership team and department heads to ensure a seamlessly integrated product and service training approach/road map. Continuously assess effectiveness of training programs and identify ongoing training needs and opportunities; balance corporate wide and local training priorities.
