I had the pleasure of having Hebrina Johnson last year in my Business Communication course at Lamar University. This is a business writing course where she learned to write business memos, letters, and an analytical report. She also learned to give professional presentations. Hebrina was conscientious and hard working and kept a very positive attitude in this very challenging class. She was able to refine her research and data analysis skills by researching and writing a formal analytical report. I can proudly say that she knows how to organize and analyze data and use the formal rules of report writing to accomplish this semester-long project. She also has developed proficiency in SAP R/3 as an MIS major. Any employer would be lucky to have a knowledge worker like Herbrina.
