I hired Henry to lead our emerging BDR Team in EMEA based in London. Henry supported all hiring and was a natural choice as Team Leader and Manager. Henry's approach to management garnered the respect of his team very quickly. Leading by example and combing this with an empathetic style of management enabled Henry to level with his team members meaning Henry inspired vs micro managed his team through to success. Henry provided great support to me and to the sales team by clearly reporting trends in the developing success of his team that fed our pipeline through a period of incredible growth. Able to forward plan and prepare his team for changes he was always able to keep motivation levels high and provide clear direction to his team. As an individual contributor Henry was a high achiever in developing opportunities and also closed business end to end running full sales cycle on a proportion of the deals. Above all Henry is a fun, likeable and energetic person capable of great things! I would hire Henry again 100%.
