  In the white collar area, I handle both the defense at trial and appeal of bank, mail, securities and tax fraud matters, as well as public corruption charges. I conduct internal investigations of entities and institutions as well as employee interviews. I frequently handle complex commercial litigation and specialize in business divorces. I also have represented clients in various enforcement proceedings brought by the Marijuana Enforcement Division of the Colorado Department of Revenue and Colorado Attorney General's office.I have significant experience in government contracting and have represented businesses in civil and criminal investigations stemming from contracts those businesses signed with various governmental entities. For many small businesses including banks, e-commerce companies, vacation rental management businesses, physician practices and even golf courses, I serve as outside general counsel. I advise companies on employment matters, contractual disputes, litigation, and have assisted with investigations from various state labor agencies.
