Henry is a great team player. He jumps in to assist and calls upon his vast integration knowledge and expertise. Customers love working with Henry and become quite attached to him. I learned this firsthand during times I backed Henry up when he was out of the office. His customers can count on him to help them be successful. The great thing about Henry is the surprise factor. By that I mean, just when you think Henry has run out of things to try, he will dig into his memory and pull out a random fix to try. Sure enough, it solves the problem. Henry is an exceptional teammate.
