  • Responsibility for delivering outperformance from a portfolio of prime Central London real estate assets • Management of the full asset lifecycle – from acquisitions, development/refurbishment, leasing and asset management • Transacted in excess of £1.4 billion of real estate (c. 2 million sq ft) • Notable projects include Fitzroy Place, Paddington Central, 77 Grosvenor Street and 40 Berkeley Square. Key activities and responsibilities: Leasing: • Successful coordination and management of pre-letting and letting campaigns for 1.2 million sq ft of office space • Management of the letting process from agreeing heads of terms to detailed lease negotiations both through agents and where appropriate principal to principal • Securing long term income to strong covenants including Nokia, Astra Zeneca, Rio Tinto, Estee Lauder, Michael Kors Development: • Selecting the professional team, leading feasibility studies, guiding schemes though detailed design, planning and construction • Utilising extensive market experience to influence the product design to maximise market appeal Investment: • Significant experience in marketing, disposal and acquisition of complex transactions • Managing the entire due diligence process • Traded £1.4bn worth of direct and corporate Central London real estate Asset management: • Successful re-gearing of occupational and long leasehold interests to facilitate development or increase liquidity • Experience in achieving notable uplifts by negotiation at rent review recently agreeing terms of over £100 per sq ft • Extensive experience of investing and developing within a joint venture structure. • Taking the lead role in advising the joint venture and becoming a trusted advisor • Regular presentation and discussion of recommendations at board level • Strong and extensive network within the Central London market cultivating relationships with key principals and agents • Twice winner of Property Week deal of the year (2007; 2008) Show less
