Our dev team was small, very driven, and sometimes had a punishing schedule but Hank made the best of it and was always willing to put in the time necessary to get things done correctly. Henry has made himself available as a lead to our group for the better part of a year. He provided key support and knowledgeability in the development of an extensive 3-month project and maintained a super positive environment during what was thought to be a doomed project and ultimately as a team we were able to surpass its delivery goals.
