Henry Musangi is one of the finest architects I've had the privilege to work with. With his meticulous working style, Henry was able to tackle complex problems involving project budgets, design and construction issues, codes, permit reviews, construction administrations and project management. He has worked on many large $15M to $100M projects and has effectively managed an extremely complex $30M project (Vincentian Homes in Pittsburgh, PA) that required exacting patience, critical thinking and creative solutions. Vincentian Homes would have worn out a lesser man, but Henry effectively delivered for the client. He is very computer savvy with technical programs such as Revit, AutoCAD, and ADT, and always helping his teammates on program related issues. Henry became the point person at CSD Architects (then a 120+ person firm) relating to such issues and was always happy to help fellow colleagues. Everyone's skill level rose because of him. While at CSD, Henry was extremely active with the Baltimore chapter of the AIA, leading the Associates group and assisting various groups within the chapter. Those who have crossed paths with Henry became better architects and professionals and I have no doubt that those who will cross paths with him would feel the same. Hands down, Henry was the sharpest architect I have ever worked with and I whole-heartily recommend him for future clients.
