Contracted by Virginia Tech as part of a 5-person software development team. Tasked with creating a Virginia Tech Parking Services App. We were given requirements for the project by our stakeholders from VT Parking Services, as well as, a completion date. We met with them every two weeks for updates and demonstrations, while having team meetings at least twice a week. We utilized Agile Software Development and split into sub-teams for various parts of the application. We would reconvene often to discuss and incorporate design changes. Meeting with the stakeholders often allowed us to use their input and create the product they wanted which ended up leading to the project being successful. Show less
